Chages in techs and units for 0.5:

- suggested by Steel - marines also gets bonus from flamethrowers,
- mechanized divs are now activated by mechanized HQ (like in HoI 1.05),
- antiair (manpower +1),
- antitank (manpower +1),
- artillery (manpower +1),
- bergsjager (speed +1),
- cavalry (speed +1, cost +1),
- dive bomber (tacticalattack model 2 - 2, model 3 -5),
- fighter (surfacedefence all models +1),
- infantry (speed +1, airdefence +1),
- marine (speed +1, airdefence +1),
- militia (speed +1, airdefence +2),
- motorised (speed -1),
- naval bomber (surfacedefence +2),
- paratrooper (speed +1, airdefence +1),
- strategic bomber (every model got tacticalattack +1 to previous model),
- subs (totally changed, 4 models from 1.05, minielectro sub changed to fit the rest),
- tactical bombers (rised surfacedefence (1-2), lowered tactical attack(2-4) ),
- torpedo bomber (surfacedefence rised 1,2,3 and 4 points),
- transport planes - cost twice as high, surfacedefence raised 2,3,4 and 5 points).
